We are looking for a Production Associate to join our Edmonton team! Day Shift – 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 7 : 00am – 3 : 30 pm
Responsibilities :
Identifies and sorts different electronic materials in assigned boxes while adhering to classification of commodities into different grades to maximize production output
Palletizing electronic equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, removable disks, monitors, etc.)
Follow policies, procedures, and work instructions for all daily activities
Sort materials into defined categories and report weights processed
Inspects parts ensuring quality and compliance
Always maintain housekeeping and site cleanliness with a focus on Health & Safety
Promptly report any issues to the Production Supervisor or designate
Other duties may be required as requested by supervisor or team lead
Qualifications :
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is an asset
Positive attitude and desire to learn
Commitment to personal safety and safety of coworkers
Experience using various hand tools / air tools / power tools
Experience wearing full PPE for entire shift
Good computer skills and attention to detail
Punctual and reliable
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift, push, pull up to 40 lbs. or 18 kgs
