Overview :
We are seeking individuals who can provide exceptional technical support and customer service in a fast-paced, post-migration environment. The successful candidate will interact with end users and clients, resolving migration-related issues and ensuring a smooth transition from Windows 10 to Windows 11. This is a high-demand enterprise setting that requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver technical support in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
Support the migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11, addressing user issues and concerns.
Troubleshoot and resolve common software and hardware application issues.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills, both in English and Spanish.
Maintain accurate records and update ServiceNow tickets, utilizing knowledge bases as needed.
Provide remote support and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Requirements & Qualifications :
1-2 years of relevant work experience in technical support or IT.
Familiarity with laptops and both Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
CompTIA A+ certification and Windows 11 certification are highly preferred.
Associate’s degree or technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience working with Lenovo laptops, Windows 11, and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Experience with ServiceNow is a valuable asset.
Duration : 11-month contract
Job Type : Full-time Pay : From $32.00 per hour Expected hours : 40 per week
