À propos du rôle :

En tant qu’esthéticien(ne) au spa, vous serez responsable de prodiguer des soins esthétiques de haute qualité tout en offrant à chaque client une expérience exceptionnelle et personnalisée. Vous accueillerez les invités avec chaleur et professionnalisme, en réalisant des soins de la peau, des services d’épilation et des rituels de beauté conformément aux standards et protocoles de la marque. Votre rôle comprendra également le maintien d’un environnement de travail propre et organisé, le respect rigoureux des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité, ainsi qu’une attention constante à la satisfaction de la clientèle.

Ce que vous ferez :

• Réaliser les soins esthétiques dans le respect des normes établies par la marque ;

• Organiser les cabines de soins et le matériel et des produits mis à sa disposition ;

• Se soucier en permanence de la qualité de son travail et de la satisfaction du client ;

• Anticiper les besoins des clients, se renseigner sur les contre-indications et porter attention à l’état de la peau ou les ongles afin de les évaluer, leur apparence et la pertinence du service prévu ;

• Veiller au respect des règles d’hygiènes de propreté ; nettoyer, entretenir et stériliser les instruments.

Ce que vous apportez:

• Expérience antérieure de 2 à 3 ans dans un poste similaire;

• Bonne compétence de communication en français, à l’écrit et à l’oral;

• La connaissance de l’anglais est exigée puisque la personne devra interagir régulièrement avec une clientèle principalement anglophone ;

• Forte compétence en communication;

• Une excellente compréhension du mode de fonctionnement des divers services du Spa, notamment les bienfaits, indications et contre-indications.

• Avoir une excellente résistance au stress et le gérer de manière positive et efficace ;

• Avoir de bonnes compétences relationnelles pour correspondre aux attentes d’une clientèle haut de gamme ;

About the role:

As a Spa Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments while ensuring an exceptional and personalized experience for each client. You will welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, performing skincare treatments, waxing services, and beauty rituals in line with the brand’s standards and protocols. Your role includes maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring strict adherence to hygiene and safety regulations, and consistently aiming for client satisfaction.

What you will do:

• Perform aesthetic treatments while respecting brand standards;

• Organise therapy cabins as well as all material and products provided;

• Consistently ensure quality of work performed as well as guest satisfaction;

• Anticipate guest needs, stay informed on all contraindications and pay special attention to the state of skin and/or nails in order to evaluate their appearance and the pertinence of the scheduled treatment;

• Ensure all hygiene rules regarding cleanliness are followed: clean, maintain and sterilize all instruments;

What you bring:

• 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position;

• Strong communicationskills in written and spoken French;

• Proficiencyin English isrequired, as the candidate will regularly interact with a primarily English-speaking clientele;

• Strong communication skills;

• Excellent knowledge of how the various Spa treatments work as well as the benefits, indications and contraindications related to them;

• Have a good resistance to stress and manage it positively and effectively;

• Have excellent interpersonal skills to meet the expectations of a high-end clientele;
