Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Tester with over 10 years of hands-on expertise in Micro Focus LoadRunner and strong proficiency in Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or similar platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing performance test strategies and ensuring optimal application and system performance across various environments. This role requires a deep understanding of performance engineering principles and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose performance issues and deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop performance testing strategies, test plans, and test scripts using LoadRunner.
• Execute various types of performance tests including load, stress, endurance, spikes, and scalability tests.
• Use APM tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or others to monitor and analyze application behavior, performance metrics, and system health.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and root causes at the application, database, and infrastructure levels.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, infrastructure, and QA teams to define performance benchmarks and SLAs.
• Analyze performance test results and generate detailed reports and dashboards highlighting key metrics, issues, and improvement recommendations.
• Support performance tuning efforts by providing insights into code-level issues, configuration optimizations, and architectural enhancements.
• Participate in performance-related reviews and provide feedback during the design and development of lifecycles.
• Develop automated performance testing frameworks and integrate them into CI / CD pipelines where applicable.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance testing and engineering.
