Schneider Electric is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support the growth of our Secure Power Software portfolio across Canada. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career sales professional looking to build experience in software solutions, partner engagement, and customer-facing selling. Key Responsibilities: Support the growth of Schneider Electric’s Secure Power Software solutions, including monitoring and management offerings Engage with channel partners (DMRs, VARs, and distributors) and end customers to support sales activities and drive interest in software solutions Conduct product demonstrations and walkthroughs to showcase value and capabilities to customers and partners Assist with lead qualification, pipeline development, and opportunity progression Collaborate with field sales, technical specialists, and vendor teams to support deal execution and customer success Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline tracking, and follow-up activities Participate in ongoing sales enablement and training to build product and industry knowledge What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of sales, customer service, or inside sales experience (technology or software exposure is an asset) Strong interest in software solutions, digital infrastructure, or IT environments Confident communicator with the ability to present and demonstrate solutions to customers Bilingual (English/French) is an asset Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and customer-first approach Why Schneider Electric?
