Take on the role of Order Entry Specialist at Pulsar Measurement, focusing on accurate order processing and customer service excellence. This position is integral to ensuring a seamless order fulfillment process.
Pulsar Measurement is expanding and needs a detail-oriented candidate with at least two years' experience in order entry or a related role. You will efficiently manage customer orders, collaborate with various teams, and communicate updates effectively, all while maintaining meticulous records. Your skills will directly contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter customer orders efficiently in the ERP system
• Verify purchase order details for compliance with customer needs
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Service teams
• Provide timely updates and notifications to customers
• Address order discrepancies and customer questions
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in order entry or customer service
• Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with ERP software is advantageous
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
