This role is responsible for analyzing, developing and implementing process improvements in the water treatment and bottling operations. This role aims to enhance efficiency, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and reduce operational costs.
- Analyze Current Processes : Evaluate existing water and wastewater treatment processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop Improvement Plans : Create and implement strategies to optimize water and wastewater treatment, filtration and processing.
- Monitor Performance : Continuously monitor process performance and adjust as necessary to maintain optimal efficiency.
- Compliance and Safety : Ensure all processes comply with regulations, as well as company safety and quality standards.
- Data Analysis : Collect and analyze data to track the effectiveness of process improvements and identify further opportunities for enhancement.
- Training and Development : Provide training to staff on new processes and procedures to ensure successful implementation and adherence.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality control and production to implement process improvements.
- Documentation : Maintain detailed records of process changes, improvements and outcomes for future reference and reporting.
- Technical support and troubleshooting expertise : Resolve process-related issues and improve CIP adherence to plan and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Sustainability : Explore and implement sustainable water treatment technologies and reuse strategies.
- Maintenance : Evaluate effectiveness of maintenance design in the system and collaborate with maintenance team and / or external vendor(s) for repairs and preventive maintenance.
