Développeur de logiciels chez McKesson Canada Automation a le mandat d’aider l’équipe avec certains projets à l’interne pour nos solutions d’automatisation de pharmacies. Le ou la titulaire de ce poste fera partie de notre talentueuse équipe de développement de produits et l’aidera à stimuler l’innovation logicielle et à améliorer la satisfaction du client. Dans ce rôle le candidat aura l’opportunité d’amener ses connaissances et de les appliquer dans un monde réel. Section A — Responsabilités spécifiques

• Produire du code source afin de concevoir des logiciels d’automatisation en pharmacie ou d’outils connexes, de faire les tests unitaires de ces logiciels, de les déboguer, de les optimiser et de les implémenter conformément à la feuille de route.

• Préserver des pratiques et des normes de qualité en matière de codage au moyen de contrôles de la conception et du code par les pairs.

• Collaborer avec le chef d’équipe afin d’évaluer et d’estimer l’échéancier de projets.

• Intégrer des améliorations logicielles aux produits d’automatisation nouveaux et existants.

• Documenter les principaux processus et jalons du développement, à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur du code.

• Détecter, rapporter, diagnostiquer et résoudre les lacunes logicielles.

Section B – Principales exigences

• Études en informatique en cours – Collégial ou Universitaire

• 4+ années d’expérience en conception et développement d’applications utilisant les principes OOP/OOD en .NET, VB.NET, C#

• Capacité à travailler en équipe afin de livrer efficacement les produits.

• Aptitude à utiliser des techniques générales pour collaborer dans un environnement de travail dynamique et stimulant.

• Bilinguisme, bonnes habiletés en communication écrite et orale et aptitudes de présentation.

• Résolveur de problèmes avec une pensée créative.

• Compréhension et expérience de travail dans des environnements d'équipe de développement Agile, y compris les revues de code, la gestion du contrôle des sources, une connaissance générale du processus de développement logiciel.

• Sens de l’organisation et de la gestion du temps.

Le/la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l’extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral. Job Summary

The Software Developer at McKesson Canada Automation is tasked with assisting the team on certain internal projects for our pharmacy automation solutions. The holder of this position will be part of our talented product development team and will help drive software innovation and improve customer satisfaction. In this role, the candidate will have the opportunity to bring their knowledge and apply it in a real-world setting. The candidate will also have the chance to learn and gain valuable business experience, utilize analytical skills, and interact with internal stakeholders within the company.

Section A — Specific Responsibilities

• Produce source code to design pharmacy automation software or related tools, perform unit testing, debug, optimize, and implement these software solutions according to the roadmap.

• Maintain coding quality practices and standards through design and peer code reviews.

• Collaborate with the team lead to assess and estimate project timelines.

• Integrate software improvements into new and existing automation products.

• Document key development processes and milestones, both within and outside the code.

• Detect, report, diagnose, and resolve software gaps.

Section B – Main Requirements

• Ongoing studies in computer science – College or University level.

• 4+ years of experience in designing and developing applications using OOP/OOD principles in .NET, VB.NET, C#.

• Ability to work as part of a team to deliver products efficiently.

• Aptitude for using general techniques to collaborate in a dynamic and stimulating work environment.

• Bilingualism, strong written and oral communication skills, and presentation abilities.

• Problem solver with creative thinking.

• Understanding and experience working in Agile development team environments, including code reviews, source control management, and general knowledge of the software development process.

• Organizational and time management skills.

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States.
