Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
Position Overview
- Provides accessible responsive integrated safe and effective patient care.
- Collaborates with key stakeholders including health care providers allied emergency services agencies and other community agencies to ensure safe effective and appropriate patient care that will shape an environment for clinical and service excellence.
Experience
Working with individuals from diverse cultural social and ethnic backgrounds such as supporting Indigenous (First Nations Metis and / or Inuit) peoples.
