Digital Marketing Manager

A fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to work for a Cambridge-based software and hardware company whose products vastly improves the efficiency of technology companies and manufacturers worldwide. With a client base spanning a wide range of industries from robotics, communications, SoC, aerospace, medical tech and research this is a wonderful opportunity to know your work is making an impact across multiple sectors.

Offering a fantastic culture, evidenced by incredible staff retention, this is a unique opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager.

This is a varied, hands-on role within a collaborative team environment, where your impact will be directly visible in marketing reach, engagement, and contribution to sales growth.

Location: Milton, Cambridge, UK – full-time, office-based

Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 + benefits package (higher for an exceptional candidate)

Requirements for Digital Marketing Manager:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor content for different technical and commercial audiences
Strong understanding of international B2B marketing, ideally within technical or engineering-focused markets
Proven experience designing and delivering multi-channel digital campaigns
Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Instantly, Beehiiv, Clay or similar platforms
Demonstrable experience with SEO, campaign tracking, and marketing automation workflows
Familiarity with CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns aligned to business development activity
Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong reporting and dashboarding capability

Responsibilities for Digital Marketing Manager:

Work with the marketing team to develop and refine the company’s digital marketing strategy to maximise reach and impact
Design and deliver integrated campaigns across multiple channels to increase market awareness and generate qualified leads
Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to create targeted content aligned to defined customer personas
Develop a deep understanding of the customer base, market segments, and the wider electronics industry
Manage and optimise digital marketing channels including email campaigns, website activity, LinkedIn presence, blog content, and hosted video
Implement and maintain tracking, reporting, and dashboarding across marketing activities
Ensure seamless handover of qualified leads to the business development team
