We’re looking for a Paid Social Media Manager to join our growing marketing team and play a key role in scaling our paid social advertising efforts. If you thrive on data-driven decision-making, optimizing ad spend, and crafting high-performing campaigns, this role is for you.
About the Role :
As the Paid Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing Mint Agency ’s paid advertising efforts across social platforms. You’ll work cross-functionally with our creative team to develop compelling ad content, manage budgets efficiently, and continuously refine targeting strategies to drive performance. This role is perfect for someone who’s highly analytical, creative, and always testing new ways to maximize ROI.
What You’ll Do :
Develop and execute paid social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Optimize ad spend across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok, with a bonus for experience on YouTube and Pinterest.
Continuously test and refine audience targeting, creative performance, and budget allocation.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad assets that align with brand messaging and resonate with target audiences.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to keep Mint Agency ahead of the curve.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including organic social, influencer marketing, and e-commerce teams, to ensure alignment across marketing efforts.
Manage and allocate the paid social budget efficiently to maximize ROI.
What We’re Looking For :
5+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok, for a direct-to-consumer brand.
Bonus : Experience running paid ads on YouTube and Pinterest.
Proven track record of optimizing campaigns, increasing performance, and scaling ad spend efficiently.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience working cross-functionally with creative teams to develop high-performing ad content.
Deep understanding of audience targeting, A / B testing, and budget allocation.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with paid social tools, reporting dashboards, and attribution models.
Candidates that live in the state of Ohio, Arizona, Indiana, Illinois, Texas, Florida, Georgia, or Washington.
