Bridlewood Community Elementary School (BCES) has an enrollment of over 300 students. Our diverse student population represents many countries and cultures. Primary and Junior teachers meet to create, support and review school initiatives. During these sessions, staff members are involved in professional learning, planning, and the organization of cross-graded learning activities. This collaborative effort allows us to better meet the needs of our students. Ideal candidates will support the fulfillment of the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board’s (OCDSB) Strategic Plan to enhance the quality of education in the school, and the District, by creating a positive and inclusive school climate, learning and workplace environment. • Spec Ed qualifications and experience teaching MFI and split grades would be considered an asset. Additional Information :
• Core French to the grade 3 / 4, 5 and 6 English homeroom classes in addition to Science and Social Studies to the MFI which is a 4 / 5 / 6 split.
