We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Business Consultant to drive strategic client success. This role requires strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills, along with the ability to understand client needs, translate them into requirements, and orchestrate execution both internally and externally. Create & nurture client relationships & enable solutions to drive value to clients daily.  This role offers an opportunity to leverage technical expertise and strategic thinking to drive client success in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include : Client Engagement and Strategy : Serve as the primary contact for enterprise clients, building trust and driving business value.  Develop and execute strategic account plans to align solutions with client goals.  Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.  Technical & Data-Driven Advisory : Provide insights on best practices, implementation plan, and product adoption.  Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and ensure client success.  Lead technical conversations when needed by synthesizing business & functional requirements between technical and non-technical stakeholders.  Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and present strategic recommendations.  Project Management & Execution : Lead client projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.  Facilitate workstreams beyond administrative tasks —drive alignment, prioritize effectively, and escalate when necessary.  Drive alignment of cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences.  Proactively identify risks and address challenges before they impact outcomes.  Experience : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Commerce or a related field. MBA is a plus.  PMP certification or (5+ years) extensive project management experience.  10+ years in consulting, enterprise account management, or client-facing technology-driven roles.  Proven ability to analyze data and present insights to senior stakeholders.  Multilingual skills are an asset, such as French, Portuguese, and / or Spanish.  Experience in Enterprise SaaS or delivering complex technical programs.  Key Competencies and Skills : Ownership : Takes the lead in driving client success—prioritizes what matters, follows through on commitments, and makes sure client needs align with company objectives and long-term strategy.   Curiosity : Ability to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and use data-driven insights to uncover trends and refine strategies. Proactively address concerns, advocate for feature requests, and drive long-term customer success.  Business Acumen : Understand client operations, financial drivers, and key success metrics. Identify growth opportunities and work with Sales to align value-based strategies.  Project Management : Manages multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation while balancing competing client needs. Applies technical project management expertise to navigate system dependencies.   Product Knowledge : Strong technical understanding of a managed service platform, including foundational knowledge of coding and engineering concepts.  Ability to quickly develop deep expertise in Symend’s platform, bridging technical and business discussions to drive client adoption and value realization.  Powered by JazzHR
