Position DescriptionLocation : Red Rock Bible Camp is located in the Whiteshell Provincial Park, MB, Canada. The Site Manager is expected to live at the campsite. Housing is provided.Salary : Base Salary of $40,.00 and will be adjusted based on qualification, skills and experience. Housing and four+ months of meals deducted from base salary as they are taxable income. We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to serve as Site Manager. The Site Manager will be responsible to oversee and manage all aspects of the physical camp.Job Breakdown : 30% - Administration and Management20% - Training and Mentoring50% - Practical work on facilities Responsibilities : Develop and implement regular maintenance schedules, and a handbook on best practices and policies.Determine site priorities with Camp Director; oversee the work on projects.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with fellow staff, training and mentoring those assigned to you, in physical skills and spiritual life.Report to the Camp Director and support the directives given.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety requirements. Qualifications : A committed Christian with a deep understanding of and personal faith in Jesus Christ.Proven management and leadership experience in a related field.Strong organization skills, financial management, and problem-solving skills.Good interpersonal and communication abilitiesPassion for mentoring others in their skills and most importantly, in their faith in Christ.Strong knowledge and skill in mechanics is an asset.
