Job Description
WHAT’S THE JOB?

As a Site Supervisor , reporting to the Account Director, you will supervisethe cleaning and services of an assigned area within the budget required to maintain company and customer quality standards.
Your work will include :
- Assists with scheduling while controlling budgeted hours for the assigned location.
- Assigns daily tasks and responsibilities to employees.
- Inspects the work on an ongoing basis to ensure performance is at the expected levels.
- Assists with site training of new cleaning personnel
- Trains and implements Health & Safety proceduresand ensuresthat safety devices and PPE are available and properly utilized.
- Continuous supervision, training and ongoing performance of team.
- Maintains time keeping records for cleaning personnel.
- Evaluates staff membersasper company policies.
- Respond to customer requests and ensure follow up.
- Performs site inspections on daily basis of work performed and provide feedback to employees.
- Assists with supply orders.
- Responsible for inventory control and the daily Preventative Maintenance Program.
- Managesand ensurescompliance with CBA for location.
