Description de posteOur client has developed a robust, modernized digital compliance solution for the Ministry of Environment, Conservation, and Parks (MECP) called the Environmental Compliance Hub of Ontario (ECHO). The Ontario Onwards Action Plan has identified a Smart Regulation Transformation Strategy which has recommended the adoption of ECHO as the OPS-wide shared-use platform for compliance-related functions when regulatory Ministries are planning to replace existing compliance applications, have a new requirement or will benefit from integration to enable cross-ministry oversight and analytics. In , this shared-use platform called Digital Compliance Platform (DCP) has been expanded to two partner ministries and continual expansion is the scope for this assignment. DCP has been designed / configured using Oracle Siebel technology, and is based on leaned and streamlined compliance processes representing common compliance business functions : Regulatory Profile Management Responsive Event Management ( incidents, complaints) Compliance Monitoring and Assurance (inspections and their outcome) Investigation and Enforcement Licensing Continue to build and scale out DCP as a shared-use service / product for regulatory Ontario Ministry compliance-related programs. This will include updates to DCP's business and technical architecture and the maturing of its DevOps processes like automated testing. Onboarding of new Ministry programs onto DCP. years experience (including recent experience) in solutions and hands-on configuring Siebel Public Sector solutions including the use of integration with Siebel e-Services, SMARTScript, Web Services, and Siebel BI Publisher hands-on experience customizing Siebel Open UI and PM / PR scripting years of hands-on development experience with Siebel Smart Scripts years of demonstrated and hands-on experience with Siebel Public Sector . x years of hands-on experience with Siebel OpenUI and PM / PR scripting years experience (including recent experience) in solutions and hands-on configuring Siebel Public Sector solutions including the use of integration with Siebel e-Services, SMARTScript, Web Services, and Siebel BI Publisher hands-on experience customizing Siebel Open UI and PM / PR scripting years of hands-on development experience with Siebel Smart Scripts years of experience developing unit testing scripts years setting up and developing solutions with multi-organization data structures and data visibility years of experience configuring picklists and list-of-value (LOV) for multiple organizations and multiple languages years experience configuring in Siebel IP . x years experience with developing unit testing scripts to confirm successful installation years of demonstrated and hands-on experience with Siebel Public Sector . x, years of hands-on experience with Siebel OpenUI and PM / PR scripting years demonstrated and hands experience with Siebel e-services, BI Publisher reports, Javascript, HTML, and CSS. experience troubleshooting and resolving issues of Siebel Public Sector years of hands-on experience in the development of best practices and standards with Siebel Repository years of demonstrated and hands-on experience in AODA, WCAG, and assistive technologies Experience and understanding of Workspace and parallel development Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Oracle development methodologies, tools, and resources Demonstrated experience with documentation of technical blueprints, build-books, and procedure manuals Experience with documenting processes and enhancement build books Demonstrated ability to research and recommend Oracle tools and techniques that could be leveraged Experience with developing prototype build books Experience with documenting performance measures of new environments Experience working in an agile project delivery team Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong collaboration skills with a proven track record for building strong working relationships A demonstrated team player with a track record of meeting deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong communication skills to present technical designs / solutions to business clients Hybrid role- - days per week in office required
