Experienced Auto Client Service Advisor
Montreal, QC

Our dynamic and growing automotive dealership in Montreal, QC is seeking a seasoned and customer-focused Auto Client Service Advisor to join our exceptional team. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated professional with a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record of delivering superior client service.
About the Role :
As an experienced Auto Client Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, guiding them through the vehicle service process from start to finish. Your expertise will ensure a seamless and positive experience, fostering client loyalty and contributing to the overall success of our service department.
Key Responsibilities :
Greet clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
Listen attentively to client concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
Translate complex automotive terms into clear and understandable explanations for clients.
Prepare detailed and accurate service estimates, including parts and labor.
Obtain client approval for all service work and keep them informed of the status of their vehicle.
Act as a liaison between clients and our certified technicians to ensure a smooth workflow.
Schedule service appointments and manage the service schedule effectively.
Proactively advise clients on recommended maintenance to enhance vehicle performance and longevity.
Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain accurate client and vehicle records.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Auto Client Service Advisor in a dealership setting.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong technical knowledge of automobiles and the ability to explain mechanical issues to a non-technical audience.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
A commitment to providing an outstanding client experience.
Proficiency with dealership management software.
Bilingualism (French and English) is a strong asset.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
