Our client is a digital marketing agency that’s all about driving results for clients in fast-paced, performance-driven industries. Over the past three years, they’ve grown to a team of 65+ experts and earned awards for their creative, high-impact campaigns.

As a Junior SEO Specialist , you’ll join a collaborative team that values curiosity, experimentation, and results. This is a great opportunity to develop your SEO skills while contributing to campaigns that deliver measurable growth for clients.

What You’ll Do :

As part of the SEO team, you’ll help implement strategies to improve website rankings, drive organic traffic, and deliver impactful results for clients. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you’ll refine your skills in SEO while working on award-winning campaigns.

  • Keyword Research & Optimization : Conduct advanced keyword research and implement on-page SEO optimizations to improve rankings and visibility.
  • Website Audits : Perform site audits and competitor analyses to identify opportunities for growth and resolve issues affecting performance.
  • Collaborate with the Team : Work with writers, designers, and developers to implement creative SEO strategies that align with client goals.
  • Analyze & Report Performance : Use tools like Ahrefs , SEMrush , and Google Analytics to track progress, analyze data, and create reports for clients.
  • Test & Innovate : Experiment with new SEO tactics and adapt strategies to meet the challenges of evolving search engine algorithms.
  • Client Engagement : Manage accounts with transparency and professionalism, explaining methods and results clearly during client interactions.

You Bring :

  • 6+ months of experience in SEO , with hands-on familiarity using tools like Ahrefs , SEMrush , and Google Search Console.
  • Strong understanding of SEO concepts like internal linking, keyword cannibalization, and local SEO.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and clients.
  • Adaptability to changes in Google’s algorithms and a willingness to experiment with new approaches.
  • Experience in an agency or similar fast-paced environment is preferred but not required.

    • Bonus Points :

  • Experience managing your own website or blog, with measurable SEO success.
  • Familiarity with industries like e-commerce, retail, or SaaS.
  • A proven track record of trying creative approaches to solve SEO challenges or improve performance metrics.

    • What’s Offered :

  • Fully remote position with flexible hours.
  • Contractor role with 35–40 hours per week.
  • Competitive pay : $55000 - $70,000 CAD based on experience.
  • Paid time off, including your birthday off (because celebrations matter).
