If you answered “Yes” to any of these questions, Davis Auto Group has an opportunity for you! We are seeking a Paid Advertising Specialist to join our growing team! We need someone like YOU who enjoys diving deep into data and numbers to help us optimize our advertisements and reach our dealerships’ customers!

Our ideal candidate has exceptional attention to detail to effectively manage different brands across multiple platforms. They possess strong written communication skills to craft compelling advertisements to capture our target audience's attention. The starting salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,00 0 with an annual bonus. Candidates have the potential to earn more based on performance and contributions during their employment.

  • This role is based in the office in Lethbridge; however, we would be open to making accommodations for the right candidate.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and optimize PCC campaigns across various platforms (primarily Google Ads and Meta Ads) to align with marketing objectives
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify opportunities and improve campaign performance
  • Craft compelling ad copy to attract target audiences and motivate clicks.
  • Assist with driving traffic to the website and generating leads, resulting in conversions
  • Set up monthly reporting structure in GA4, including generating monthly performance reports in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4.
  • Provide insight to Marketing Manager and General Managers into campaign performance and ROI.
  • Optimize website content, including HTML, CSS, and metadata, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Qualifications :

  • 2-3 Years of experience working in a Paid Advertising position or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of Google’s various paid platforms, Meta ads, and GA4.
  • Post-secondary education in communications, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Effective written communication skills to write compelling advertising to catch the interest of our target audience.
  • Able to effectively manage multiple goals & businesses (revenue, engagement, and awareness) and to continuously improve month-over-month KIP targets.
  • Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills with a continuous improvement pedigree
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
