This role focuses on managing digital advertising campaigns, optimizing website performance, and improving lead generation. Our client provides rental housing in major Canadian cities, aiming to make quality, comfortable homes more accessible. The work environment is team-oriented and goal-driven, where people take pride in measurable results and see a clear connection between their efforts and business success.What You’ll DoPlan and run digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok, adjusting targeting, budgets, and content to improve lead generation.Track marketing performance using Google Analytics, Power BI, and Microsoft Clarity, providing reports and making data-driven changes to improve outcomes.Conduct SEO audits, apply keyword strategies, and work with internal teams to improve website content and search rankings.Maintain and improve digital assets, including ad creatives, landing pages, and listings on third-party platforms, keeping messaging consistent and effective.Work with marketing, IT, and regional teams to align digital efforts with business objectives and market demands.Troubleshoot issues with ad performance, website tracking, and integrations, working with external vendors when needed.Monitor marketing trends and competitor strategies to refine advertising approaches and find new opportunities.Support marketing strategies for new property acquisitions, student housing campaigns, and community engagement initiatives.Basic Qualifications5+ years of experience in digital marketing, running paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok to improve lead generation and conversion rates.Experience using Google Analytics, Power BI, and Microsoft Clarity to assess campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.Strong background in SEO, including website audits, content optimization, and keyword strategy to improve search visibility.Hands-on experience with content management systems (preferably HubSpot) to maintain and improve website content and digital marketing efforts.Preferred QualificationsExperience researching marketing trends and testing new advertising strategies to improve results.Strong analytical skills to refine audience targeting, measure campaign performance, and adjust strategies based on data.Ability to work with different teams, including marketing, IT, and operations, to keep digital efforts aligned with overall business goals.Experience managing vendor relationships with platforms like Google and Meta to keep campaigns running effectively.Comfort handling multiple projects at once while keeping track of deadlines and performance goals.The ChallengesManaging multiple digital campaigns while handling requests from different teams, often with last-minute changes.Resolving technical issues with advertising platforms, website tracking, and third-party tools, sometimes under tight deadlines.Adjusting digital marketing strategies to meet the needs of regional teams, who may have different expectations and priorities.Your ImpactImprove lead generation and conversion rates by refining advertising strategies, helping increase occupancy across rental properties.Strengthen the link between digital marketing and business goals by aligning campaigns with regional market needs.Improve the effectiveness of digital marketing by refining website performance, SEO, and campaign tracking, leading to better user engagement.
