This individual will oversee a team of three content writers, ensuring that all written materials align with brand standards, drive engagement, and support business objectives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, problem-solver, critical thinker, and team player who can balance creativity with data-driven decision-making. French language proficiency is an asset as we expand our reach in bilingual markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a content marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure brand consistency across all written materials.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of three content writers.
- Provide guidance on content best practices, storytelling techniques, and SEO optimization.

- Copywriting & Editing
- Write and edit compelling copy for various marketing channels, ensuring clarity, persuasiveness, and brand alignment.
