Your new Role
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead the design team, providing guidance and leadership to mechanical engineers and designers on various projects. You will collaborate with both internal and external personnel to manage and coordinate the entire design process. This includes developing and reviewing all design documents, plans, schematics, reports, and calculations to ensure compliance with client, company, and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will support those involved in the building process and help resolve conflicts between different trades.
What you’ll need to Succeed
We are looking for a Licensed Professional Engineer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and at least 10 years of experience. The candidate should be familiar with API, ANSI, ASME, and CEMA standards, and have advanced knowledge of design, construction, and software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office 365. Strong organizational, teamwork, communication, and decision-making skills are essential, along with a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
