Position Overview

The Senior FP&A Advisor will play a key role in the delivery of the organization’s planning cycles, as well as the development and implementation of FP&A processes, such as CAPEX and Inventory planning & analysis. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this position offers significant executive-level visibility and plays a pivotal role in the ongoing evolution of our finance function, helping to shape strategic, high-impact initiatives through an enterprise-wide lens. This FP&A position has been newly created due to company growth and the expansion of our Finance team. The role will be based at our headquarters in Montreal (Saint-Laurent) with a hybrid schedule (typically 3 days in-office / 2 days remote), and may involve up to 5-10% travel to company locations in Canada and the United States.

Principal Responsibilities :

Budget and Forecast Coordination :

• Partner with the Corporate Finance team to lead the consolidation and coordination of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and operational plans.
• Work closely with divisional leadership and FP&A teams to collect data, identify assumptions, and ensure accuracy and consistency in financial projections.
