Your Role at Petcurean : The E-Commerce Account Manager is responsible for driving growth across all e-commerce channels and markets by managing key vendor relationships, overseeing promotional strategies, sales forecasting, and ensuring product availability. This position will be instrumental in the development of consumer acquisition strategies and work collaboratively with internal teams to align sales, marketing, and operations strategies to meet organizational goals. The E-Commerce Account Manager will manage day-to-day vendor communication, oversee sales tracking and reporting, and ensure smooth logistics coordination, contributing directly to the overall e-commerce performance.

Vendor and Key Account Management
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key e-commerce vendors and accounts to drive growth and sales.
- Manage vendor onboarding, product setup, and ongoing product delivery processes.
- Serve as the primary contact for all vendor-related inquiries, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations.
- Negotiate contracts, manage vendor expectations, and resolve issues to strengthen partnerships
Sales Forecasting and Performance Analysis
Promotional Strategy and Execution
Operations and Logistics Coordination
New Business Development
Cross-Functional Collaboration
