Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager for our Industry sub segment of our Water Solutions group in North America.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
- Demonstrates ability to continuously grow sales and gross margin year over year.
- Conducts high level sales calls and develops / maintains key contact relationships with customers across their respective functions.
- Establishes sales and budget targets and manages them in the territory
- Conducts customer site / field visits to increase Kemira’s brand exposure and build key local level contacts
- Supply technical knowhow and support for strategic customer & segment projects.
- Develops and manages account plans and strategy
- Effectively utilizes internal resources available to maximize customer satisfactio
- Work effectively with functions like PLM, Legal, Logistics to deliver the territories plan
