Salary Range: $20.00 per hour to start

About the Opportunity
TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking reliable Roofing Labourers to support roofing crews on active residential and commercial job sites in the St. John’s area.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with construction experience or those looking to gain hands-on exposure in the roofing trade while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist roofing crews with tear-offs and material removal
Stage and transport materials across job sites
Support installers with setup and site preparation
Set up and dismantle ladders and fall protection equipment
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all safety procedures and site requirements
The Successful Candidate Will Have
Previous construction or labour experience preferred
Valid Driver’s License
Valid Fall Protection Certification (mandatory)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions
Physical capability to lift and carry materials (50+ lbs)
Additional Information
Consistent hours targeted at 40 hours per week based on weather conditions
Relocation support may be available for qualified candidates
Immediate start available for the upcoming season
