Job Description : Technical Writer

Apex Systems is a global IT services provider, and our staffing practice has an opening for a Technical Writer with strong corporate technical writing experience, ServiceNow / Virtual Agent knowledge and the ability to take technical and complex information and distill it into key messages that make sense for the audience to place at our client, a Big Five Bank.

Client : Big Five Bank

Terms : 12-month Contract

Location : Currently 100% Remote – Canada-wide

Team Focus :

• Works to identify knowledge gaps, find appropriate subject matter experts, and rephrase their knowledge from technical terms to simplified language for all skill levels to understand. In addition, works to continually ensure knowledge articles are current and accurate.
