QUALIFICATIONS :
Education, Training And Experience
Master's degree or higher in applied operations research / management, industrial engineering, mathematics / statistics, computer science or related technical discipline with a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in the health care industry.
Skills And Abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment, with limited supervision.
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Experience with database management and analytical software, including but not limited to, Microsoft SQL Server, SAS, Arena, R, AnyLogic, Tableau and CPLEX.
- Experience with object oriented languages such as Java / C++ / Python.
- Broad understanding of current issues, challenges and future directions of health care delivery in Canada.
