Overview

Customer Success Manager Senior Advisor (BTP) role at SAP Canada. Proactively engages with an assigned portfolio of customers to drive adoption of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) as the platform of choice for integration, extension, innovation and analysis within the Intelligent Enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with technical decision makers to ensure SAP customers’ consumption of BTP Cloud services grows in alignment with SAP (Intelligent Enterprise) strategy.
• Engage customers to activate initial adoption, promote retention and loyalty.
• Partner with customers to sustainably increase consumption of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services, and coordinate activities with the Account Team by building out a joint outcome-based plan and drive a mutual understanding of IT architecture and business value.
• Deliver expertise with digital transformation and advise on technical and business architectures.
• Orchestrate success resources across SAP and customers leveraging assets of the SAP BTP engagement model.
• Analyze customers’ technical needs and execute consumption plans for assigned customers.
• Provide recommendations and prepare the customer to make the best use of the solution, in alignment with SAP strategy and roadmap.
• Work with colleagues from a broad variety of groups such as Cloud Success Services lifecycle relevant centers of experts, Account Teams, Pre-sales, Product Management groups, Support, Services, and Partners.
• Fulfill a customer’s premium subscription services.

Education And Occupational Experience

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 118,100-255,300 CAD. Actual amount offered will depend on education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, and other factors determined through the selection process. Due to the nature of the role involving global interactions, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in Quebec.
