Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail care and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients and upsell services will be key to your success in this role.

Duties :

  • Provide professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
  • Perform body waxing services as needed, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
  • Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Educate clients on nail care techniques and recommend products for home use.
  • Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.

Experience :

  • Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and trends.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Experience in retail sales is a plus, with an emphasis on upselling products and services.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
