Responsibilities

Innovation Catalyst :  Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. Your creativity and technical expertise will directly contribute to supporting critical business functions, achieving project objectives, meeting client requirements, and realizing company goals.

Digital Guardian :  Take charge of the daily support and maintenance of our internal Salesforce instance. Your vigilant attention to detail will ensure our systems are always running smoothly and are in sync with evolving mission requirements.

Collaboration Champion :  Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and other developers. Your excellent communication skills will foster cohesive project strategies and ensure effective synergy throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment.

Agile Achiever :  Thrive in a flexible and proactive work environment. Your ability to quickly adapt to changing project requirements and customer objectives will be key in delivering successful outcomes.

Tech Trendsetter :  Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up to date on new Salesforce features and functionalities. Your insights will be instrumental in driving process improvements.

Key Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Proven experience as a Salesforce developer in a similar role.

Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.

Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, Salesforce Voice is highly desirable.

Interest or experience in generative AI.

Proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Design System, and other Salesforce technologies.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.

Ability to manage and deliver on multiple tasks with competing priorities.

Salesforce Developer Certification is highly preferred.
