Securiguard is looking to add a Recruiter to our team. We are a growing company looking for top talent to help with the recruitment needs for our Pacific operations. If you are a recruiting professional who is obsessed with finding the perfect talent matches and creating a positive candidate experience, we want to hear from you!

Working in a collaborative team you will be guiding the full-cycle recruitment process for security personnel. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role in a dynamic and exciting industry.

The Day to Day :

• Full cycle recruitment includes reviewing resumes, pre-screening calls, onsite interviews and on-boarding.
• Networking with industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
• Working with Operations Managers during recruitment planning meetings to establish position requirements.
• Efficiently and effectively filling open positions.
• Managing the recruitment funnel and developing a talent pipeline of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Creatively finding new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Attending career fairs and developing working relationships with college / universities for recruiting and employer brand recognition.
• Maintaining all relevant applicant and interview records in accordance with our ISO policy and regulations.
