We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at Xraised. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strong relationships with clients. As a Sales Specialist, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting :
  • Identify and qualify new leads through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to generate new business opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiation :
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including negotiating terms and securing contracts.
  • Client Relationship Management :
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns or needs and fostering long-term partnerships.
