Description de posteConduct client discovery calls with sales team members to understand technical and workflow needs Develop winning strategies with the sales team to help secure new business Deliver high-impact software demonstrations to prospective customers Educate prospects on how the employer's platform can fit into their events ecosystem and provide value Partner with account executives to strategize on moving key accounts forward in the evaluation process Minimum 5 years of Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineering experience for a software company, preferably SaaS Outstanding communication and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences Ability to manage technically challenging conversations and build trusting relationships Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to travel domestically (up to 40%) Experience working with production and / or content delivery via modern web technologies such as RTMP, WebRTC, SIP, and related Experience in the professional events industry Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, API, REST services, SQL / database structures BA / BS or equivalent education in Computer Science / Engineering
