We are looking for a highly motivated and action oriented individual to join our strategic Global Customer Success team in Toronto. Alertdriving® has been the innovative leader in the global driver risk management space for 25 years. Its world-class enterprise technology platform, FleetDefense®, is used by many of the biggest and brightest companies on the planet.
You will be responsible for understanding the value proposition that FleetDefense provides and identifying opportunities to secure new business. The ideal candidate will invest the time to become a subject matter expert because they understand it’s essential to get things done effectively and accurately to move their opportunities forward. After completing our thorough onboarding and training program, this individual will have the confidence and tools to proactively overcome the obstacles and challenges associated with managing technology solutions for large complex organizations.
This role is 4 days a week in the office, with Fridays as WFH. The office is located at 12 Concorde Place, Toronto, ON.
Key responsibilities and skills :
- Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
- Comfortable solving problems autonomously within set guidelines and parameters.
- Strong business acumen
- Building relationships with customer champions across numerous diverse industries and having a friendly, lively, and persuasive presentation style and skillset.
- 80-100 cold calls a day
