We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team!

In the role of Care Support you will play a supporting role to members of the broader Kindred Home Care Team. You will function as the hub of communication, supporting our caregivers, clients and their families. Working remotely from home you will work in our system logging calls and serve as the frontline of customer support.

Responsibilities :
- Managing Incoming Calls & Cases
- Handling book-offs and filling shifts
- Resolving scheduling anomalies and confirmation calls
- Escalating Cases to Coordinators, Managers, HR, Payroll & Finance
