Essential Duties / Responsibilities
Establish a current list of property and facility managers within commercial buildings / facilitiesCold calling prospective business by emails, phone calls and in person introductionsB2B sales to customers in the commercial property space who utilize restoration services to support their facilitiesSchedule in person meetings with prospective commercial business accountsMaintain and grow current commercial business relationshipsSubmit and maintain a log of weekly activities and meetings scheduledPlans, develops, and establishes sales policies, principles, and proceduresMaintain a commercial client contact log and pipelineInvestigates market conditions and facilitates to determine time, place, and type of saleCoordination, attendance, and promotion of all company events relating to marketingCE classes
