In this role, you will engage and connect with our customers by providing excellent customer service in both French and English as applicable, act as a product expert to inform, inspire and outfit customers, and communicate current merchandise, promotions and in-store events. You will execute operational processes effectively and efficiently with the goal of bringing the brand to life for customers while building brand loyalty and delivering with productivity.

What You'll Do

• All associates become experts of the brand’s selling behaviors and apply these behaviors with every customer to deliver a premium in-store experience.
• Greet and assist customers; locate merchandise using various methods; respond to questions quickly and accurately.
• Provide styling advice and outfit suggestions, drawing inspiration from mannequins and displays.
• Promote loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Leverage omni-channel tools to deliver a seamless in-store experience.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout and back-of-house processes as needed.
• Be courteous and responsive to internal and external requests.
• Exchange and verify job-related information to provide support.
• Maintain French and English language consistency where applicable for bilingual communication.
