Requirements
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in a large-scale logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-site EHS programs across North America.
- Certifications : CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist), or equivalent credentials are highly desirable.
- In-depth understanding of OSHA, EPA, DOT (U.S.), and provincial safety and environmental regulations (Canada). Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute large-scale EHS programs.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in EHS management systems and reporting tools.
