134,505 - $181,979Proven sales leader needed :
Direct Alliances livestock lending for Western Canada and Ontario, develop sales and marketing strategies, and manage the region’s substantial loan portfolio. You’ll lead and coach a successful sales team, manage operational risks, and nurture partner and industry relationships.
What you’ll do :
Mentor the team on our relationship management process, customer experience standards and culture
Work with livestock partners to meet program objectives
Manage the region, including its operation and business results
Build relationships with external partners such as industry associations and provincial agencies
Ensure district activities and goals are in line with corporate objectives and policy
What we’re looking for :
Confident communicator able to make complex information easy to understand
Analytical thinker with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex issues
Proven leader who builds relationships, embraces change and focuses on efficiency
Multi-tasker able to take on multiple priorities to support Alliances leadership and the industry
A drive to help others achieve their goals
What you’ll need :
A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business or commerce and at least seven years of related leadership and lending experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Extensive knowledge of agriculture and knowledge of program controls and operational risks
