The Opportunity
We are seeking a Real Estate Law Clerk to join our growing team, on either a full-time or contract (freelance) basis.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless real estate transactions by preparing legal documents, managing client communications, and supporting our legal partners. You’ll have the chance to work with cutting-edge legal technology while delivering an exceptional experience to clients. This is a remote / hybrid opportunity. You can work from home or choose to come into our our Mississauga office, on occasion.
What You’ll Do :
- Prepare, review, and process real estate closing documents for purchases, sales, and refinances.
- Conduct title searches, review property details, and identify potential issues.
- Coordinate with lenders, realtors, and legal professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Draft and finalize legal correspondence, including statements of adjustments and reporting letters.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and firm policies.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital records of all transactions.
- Provide exceptional client support, responding to inquiries and guiding them through the closing process.
