Job Summary

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Clinic Nurse ready to make a difference in clients' lives? Join our expanding and dynamic team as a Clinic Nurse in our state-of-the-art Integrated Care Clinic and play a vital role in our patient-centered approach.

• Provide attentive nursing care to patients with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist in patient assessments, treatments, and procedures.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring adherence to medical standards and protocols.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Offer comprehensive patient education and support for a positive healthcare experience.
• Hold a valid nursing license in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body (CNO).
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check valid within the year.
• TB test (Step 1 and 2).
• Valid CPR Certification within the year.
• Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excel in a collaborative and fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Have a strong understanding of medical protocols and best practices.
• Proven experience in the Clinical Nursing field.
• Experience with electronic medical records.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) is an asset.
• Experience with Alayacare Program is an asset.
• Experience with TELUS CHR EMR is an asset.
• French speaking ability is an asset.

Salary : Starting at $35.00 per hour, depending on experience
