What You Bring :

  • Education : Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent technical training
  • Experience : 5+ years of hands-on experience in architectural technology
  • Software Skills : Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, MS Office , with knowledge of AutoCAD LT, Revit, and SketchUp

Your Role : As a key player in the design and execution process, you will :

  • Operate cutting-edge computer-assisted design systems
  • Assist in the development of architectural designs across residential, industrial, commercial, and institutional projects
  • Analyze technical documents and reports to ensure precision in execution
  • Prepare detailed working drawings, graphics, and presentation materials
  • Construct 3D digital models to bring concepts to life
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to read and edit specifications
  • Oversee minor contract administration to keep projects on track
  • Beyond the Blueprints :

  • Assist in preparing proposals and tender contracts
  • Supervise and mentor junior architectural technical staff
  • Monitor and inspect work for quality control
  • Contribute to space planning, interior design, and renovation projects
