Define our brand voice and messaging—make us stand out. Own digital marketing, content, social media, and campaigns. Run paid ads, partnerships, and events (and make sure they actually work). Track performance, optimize campaigns, and drive ROI. Work closely with the sales & leadership team to attract more customers. Stay ahead of trends, because marketing waits for no one! 5-10 years of experience in marketing (ideally high-growth or service-based). A track record of building & executing successful marketing strategies. Deep expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and lead gen . Strong communication skills in both french & english —because marketing is all about storytelling. Hands-on experience with marketing automation, analytics, and CRM tools. A data-driven mindset (we love creativity, but results matter). A get-it-done attitude—you don’t wait around for instructions and have a personal bias for action.
