In collaboration with cross-functional teams, lead development and innovation to push boundaries of possibilities, sustainability, and performance while also optimizing processes, productivity, cost efficiencies, quality and scalability. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Partner with suppliers, equipment manufacturers, and academic institutions to explore emerging technologies and materials. Participate at conferences, trade shows, and technical forums, showcasing innovations and building the company’s brand as a leader. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing R&D team. Master’s or Ph.D. in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in plastics manufacturing, blown and cast film extrusion experience highly desirable Collaborative track record of commercializing products from concept to production. Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills. Strong knowledge of regulatory standards, sustainability practices, and global market dynamics. Proficiency in data analysis, process simulation, and design software. Visionary leader with a passion for innovation and excellence. Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Effective communicator and able to present to a wide-range of stakeholders.
