This is an entry-level role with extensive coaching designed to launch your sales career.
WHY THIS IS A STRONG MOVE FOR YOU: Coaching and Mentorship: Learn B2B sales through structured training, CRM onboarding, and direct coaching from sales directors.
Earning Potential: $70,000 - $120,000+ earning potential with uncapped commission.
A Clear Path Forward: Work in a structured office environment while building the skills to progress into a Territory or Outside Sales Rep.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT HERE: Build the Pipeline: Proactively reach out to prospects, qualify inbound inquiries, and identify customer equipment needs.
Close Deals: Prepare proposals and quotes using CRM tools, negotiate pricing, and close sales for equipment, parts, and service.
Learn the Industry: Take a deep dive into technical equipment specifications and customer operational challenges.
WHAT WE OFFER: Compensation: $70,000 - $120,000+ earning potential with uncapped commission.
Time Off: 3 weeks of paid vacation to start.
