This is a direct-hire opportunity with competitive pay, benefits, and growth potential in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Responsibilities : Work collaboratively with maintenance technicians and tradespersons to address facility needs and ensure efficient equipment operations.Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery, including pneumatic, hydraulic, fuel, lubrication, cooling, and exhaust systems, pumps, fans, tanks, and conveyors.Conduct routine inspections and testing of machinery and equipment to maintain operational efficiency.Operate hoisting and lifting devices to safely move equipment and components.Troubleshoot facility equipment failures to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.Perform mechanical repairs to address facility malfunctions and improve efficiency.Assemble, install, calibrate, and align machinery to meet operational standards.Complete and document work orders in a timely and accurate manner.Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications : 2+ years of experience as an Industrial Mechanic or Millwright in a manufacturing environment.433A Millwright License from Skilled Trades Ontario (mandatory).Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and pumps.Experience with facility maintenance and industrial machinery repairs.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to safety standards and procedures.Availability for overnight shifts and overtime as required.Benefits & Perks : Comprehensive benefits package (medical and dental coverage).Competitive wages with opportunities for career growth.On-site parking for convenience.Safety boot reimbursement to support workplace safety.Casual dress code in a professional yet comfortable work environment.Join a company that values skill, safety, and career advancement!
