Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our team, to lead the testing for our upcoming retail banking digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, test automation, and understanding of retail banking software / solutions.

Major Duties & Responsibilities :

• Define test strategies and build test plans for new features, continuously improving existing ones.
• Requirement Analysis and design test cases.
• Conduct various types of testing (Smoke, Sanity, Functional, SIT, E2E, Compatibility, Regression) and assist with UAT and post-production verification.
• Lead end-to-end test automation efforts, implementing & maintaining efficient automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI / CD pipeline.
• Conduct mobile app testing to ensure quality across web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including Engineering team members, Product Managers, and Infra teams.
• Identify, track, and report defects, perform root cause analysis, and support defect triage.
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation of QA processes, test cases, and findings.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior QA engineers.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing across all team members.
