Randstad is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Mississauga, ON. This is a 6-month contract position working in-person, full-time. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of ocean export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all activities.
Position : Warehouse / Traffic Coordinator

Salary : $20 / hr

Responsibilities
Manage Advance Cargo Reporting (ACR) activities as per the requirements of the destination country.
Handle communication with vendors and coordinate shipment-related information among stakeholders.
Input cargo and container details into TMS (TANGO) based on customer documentation.
Provide Master Bill of Lading (MBL) instructions to the carrier.
Verify draft MBL and enter the MBL number into TMS (TANGO).
Organize and complete cargo insurance details as applicable.
Continuously track and monitor shipment "on board" status with the carrier.
Ensure acceptance of ACR filing.
Coordinate with Container Yard (CY) and port authorities, as applicable.
Provide Bill of Lading (BL) draft to the shipper (Customer Management).
Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks within TMS (TANGO).
Issue House Bill of Lading (HBL) as per the shipper’s instructions.
Verify payment status of invoices to the shipper.
Execute HBL “Telex Release” procedure, as applicable.
Request Master Bill of Lading (MBL)
Qualifications
Ability to multi-task
Effective communication skills and professional communication etiquette
Fluency in written and spoken English
Ability to perform well under pressure.
Strong computer (Windows PC) skills and typing skills
Decision-making and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize and manage time
Attention to detail and accuracy
Criminal Record Check required
