Description de posteLearning how our material gets transported from our customers to our sites. Learning how we dispatch and scale our material. Learning the equipment needed to set up an account. Learning about our contracts and how they are processed. Analyzing inventory and learning about our month end inventory process. Learning how we process and pay our customers. Learning how we establish supplier strategies and vendor management. Collaborating with different departments to identify purchasing needs and strategies. Participating in inventory management with our storekeepers. Participating in onboarding and integration of new employees. Collaborating with Talent Acquisition team to learn and identify top talent. Partnering with HR Ontario team to understand critical aspects of the HR function; succession planning, management training, compensation, dealing with difficult situations. Visiting customer sites, interacting, and building critical customer relationships. Collaborating with the sales team to understand the process and importance of account managing. You must be a recent graduate from a relevant University or college program. You have strong written and oral communication skills. Bilingualism would be considered an asset. You have a valid driver’s license. You have the ability for some travel. You have excellent customer service and organizational skills.
